24inch LCD monitor

I got 24inch LCD monitor today in Akihabara. Now, Dell computer have special campaign and the 24inch LCD mnonitor is as half price as usual. I plan to get Macintosh G5 to edit video. I will use the monitor for editting. I don't edit video these days. My former job is an editor of video, at the time I faced NTSC monitor everyday and overused my eyes. I suffered from chronic headache by eye strain. Also I often worked through the night. I was tired in those days. On my off day I had so few, I couldn't want to do anything. Because it was not good for me, I changed my job. So editing video is my first issue in a long while. I got the first editing job from my old friend in a while. I don't have no system to edit video now so I plan to get Mac. Mac will be a commodity for me and Neko. Mac can earn some money? I wish that would come true.

rainy season

The forecast announced the rainy season started yesterday, I heared. In fact, it is rainy today. The rainy season makes me not active and feel blue. I thought why. The result by myself is the simple, because people put up an umbrella to avoid to get wet in the rain. If it allowed that we attend a meeting with wet clothes or we could dry our clothes in an eye's blink, we don't need our umbrella. What I don't want to do is to have an umbrella. Or I wish I could have an umbrella I could fold up as compact as a pen.

Da Vinci Code

I got a day off of work today to cut my hair and to see Da Vinci Code. After lunch, I went to movie theater in Roppongi and saw Da Vinci Code. I haven't read Da Vinci Code yet but I have known the story roughly. The fact that Jesus Christ had his child and now his descendant live on this earth is not amazing issue for me, I'm not a Christian. I think it would rather be natural. In the point of biological view, also it is natural. So it is difficult to understand why the fact is disguised for a long time. But I could understand the story and enjoy the movie. After movie, I had my hair cut in Daikanyama. The hairstylist and I have been seeing since more than 10 years. She is 5 years older than I am. She got married last year. She suddenly told me that she felt something when she went to a castle in Germany in May. She felt she was born to come the castle and there was like her mother's uterus. Since then, she became to be able to think everything gently, she said. "It was a amazing and spiritual experience." she said. I don't have such experience but I am interested in my roots.

cod curry

Today's dinner menu was cod curry with fresh coriander. I got curry powder from my friend yesterday. She said that she got the curry powder at a curry shop in Azabu she lived. The shop is a takeout only curry shop. The recipe is in the curry powder package, I cooked cod curry with the recipe. I usually chop onion or garlic when I make curry but according to this recipe all vegitables have to be grated. I grated onion, garlic, ginger and then sauted them. While I did so I cut the cod into bite-size pieces and then, coated them with flour and last, deep-fried them. When the fried cods is poured into the curry pot, it's ready. After the curry is putted on the plate, a touch of fresh coriander enhances the flavor of the curry.

Grilled Beef Party

I enjoyed the grilled beef party with my friends. I and Neko prepared vegitables for the party. Some friends provided beef and some friends set up drinks. We could held it at the roof of the condominium when it is clear but it was cloudy so we held it inside. There were about 10 people in the party. I enjoyed very much because I participated in the kind of party which many friends gathered around.

summer vacation

I have planed to go Amami Oshima in Kagoshima prefecture for this summer vacation because there is my friend's parents' house. But the plan didn't go easily due to some reasons. So I changed my plan to Amami and planed to go Saipan this summer. Last year, I went to Guam for our company trip. It was very humid and hot in Guam as well as Japan. There were many Japanese in Guam and many local people could speak Japanese, in particular some sales talks which are "Irasshaimase(Hello, may I help you?)" or "syageki dou(How about shooting?)" etc. I didn't feel to be resort island. Probably in Saipan, the local will be able to speak Japanese and I maybe don't feel not to be in Japan. However, the cost of the tour to Amami in Japan is almost the same as the cost of the tour to Saipan. Which do you prefer the domestic tour and the overseas travel? I selected to go abroad.
